Acts the same way as Corpse Life Drain; HP or MP is restored when Sweeper is used.
The Power rating works in the same sense as Recharge. The amount restored will be nerfed when the level difference is too big. However, it is unknown whether the level depends on the Sweeper target or the Dwarf who uses it.
