FAQ

Why doesn't it add as much as you said it would on my status window screen?

They don't work that way exactly. Oh yes, it does add what I say it does. Just not the way it seems like it would. Confused? Good. Look here and follow the links for whatever stat you're looking at.

If Shield Mastery level _ adds __% to my block rate, why don't I block even close to that much?

It doesn't work that way either. For example, level 4 in effect doubles (+100%) your base chance to block a hit. It does not make your block rate 100%.

What about Critical Power's effect on Mortal Blow, etc.?

Hell if I know. It needs some in game testing.
